We love this community and want to see it thrive. Every decision our board makes is measured against our Mission (see here) and our respect for the people that live in this community. Take a look at what has been accomplished:
Incorporation Status
The new HOA Board has corrected outdated state records, updated officers and contacts, filed all required paperwork, and submitted fees, with HOA reinstatement now pending state approval no later than the end of January 2026.
New Lights for the Lima and Dupont Entrances
If you’ve noticed the Lima Road entrance sign hasn’t been lit and wires have been visible near the light, it’s due to electrical damage from an accident over 15 years ago that was never repaired. We’re glad to share that this issue is finally being fixed, with new lighting at both the Lima Road and Dupont entrances to properly illuminate our neighborhood. Thanks to Ryan Houser for coordinating this effort with a licensed electrician!
New salt bins are now available at Windsor Woods Entrances
Please use the shakers next to the salt bins and then refill them with salt from the bins. If you see the bin getting close to empty, please email [email protected], and we'll get it refilled ASAP! Thanks to board member Bryan Kapocius for making this happen.
The old wooden street signs have been removed.
Special thanks to Kevin Moore of https://rescuelawn.com for donating his time and equipment to help beautify our neighborhood.
